Perfect for forming soft cheeses
I made some soft cheese for friends and wanted to form it into solid shapes and these moulds were both easy to use and clean. I like that they come in a range of sizes too.

These are really nice. I was really happy with the price and the amount of molds I received. I thought it was really nice getting a cheese recipe book with it too. Really good quality.

A nice option to the kitechen for lovely presented cheese molds
excellent value. Many shapes and sizes. The small is actually the one most used, though when it was purchased I though it would be the least used. But once you drain your ricotta or cheese, the solids fill the small nicely and it presents a nice shape for serving
