Kinesio Tape - Pre-Cut Back Support - Optimized Athletic Tape Strips

This product i highly recommend as it works very well on my back. It keeps me from getting muscle cramps in my back.

I have only been wearing the neck taping since last night, but I can already feel a difference!! I had a compression accident when I was younger and have had issues with my neck ever since. Chiropractic care and massage therapy work great--but needed something that would give continual relief throughout the day and night!I was able to wake up this morning with out any pain!! It has also helped with the issues i was having in my ears-(dysfunctional Eustachian tubes), by helping the fluid and the lymph drain.They have also helped me realize how bad my posture is, cause you can feel the tape pull when your head is leaning in any direction too far.Thank you Kinesio!

The tape was just the right size to be used on my neck. My only difficulty was removing it without pulling out neck hairs as I had gotten too close to the hair line. I found it was best to remove it in the shower, but next time I might just try lotion to loosen it.

This is perhaps the most over-rated and least effective product I have yet to purchase. Getting two stripsfor the cost of this item is a rip-off of major proportions. I hope no one else falls for this bad bargain.

Excellent for those aches and pains! Easy to use.

all the products are helpful but not as great as I was lead to believe, they don't adhear as well as stated and if you are not real REAL skinny barely cover the area to support.

I have constant back pain. This product has brought me incredible relief!
