These capsules are hands down one of my must-have daily supplements. I’ve taken them every day for months and genuinely feel the difference. Mine don’t seem to stick to magnets as others have shown in videos. However, if you look into why this might be, I have been able to find out that often iron is added to activated charcoal to make it magnetic and easier to collect from liquid this way (such as with filtering pollutants from water). It’s known as MAC (magnetised activated carbon). That type of activated carbon is not produced for consumption so I’d be worried about that but mine do not stick to a magnet personally. Other people have commented that it makes their burps smell and I have also found out the reason for this is because the porous activated carbon is attaching to sulphur gases in the gut. Apparently this actually shows that it is working however it does say that if this is persistent, you might want to go to your doctor because it can be a sign of an underlying digestive problem. Personally so far these capsules have been helpful to me. I went out for a meal this evening and was able to eat a regular adult portion of food without instantly bloating at the sight of it. 6 tablets (3 30 mins before food and 3 after food) seems a bit much but I do feel like it’s doing something. Therefore in my opinion, I am inclined to give 5 stars. I am not experiencing the same issues that others have left in their reviews and so can only judge by my own experience.

I’ve been taking these capsules for a few weeks but haven’t noticed much effect. The size is a bit large, though they’re easy to take. Might work for some people, but not for me.
