It comes with its own filter which is a plus, and you can select to get a regular brew or a stronger one and coffee taste and smells delicious. It has a capacity to make 10 cups daily. Great looking coffee pot! Love the color. Small enough that it doesn’t overwhelm my countertop. Makes good coffee. Stays hot but not for long. Enough time for us to get a few cups in the morning.

I really like this coffee maker, especially the look of it. It’s honestly one of the nicer-looking ones I’ve had on my counter and it’s a nice switch up from all white. Even though it’s a 12-cup machine, I usually make just one serving at a time and it works perfectly for that. It’s definitely an upgrade from K-cups in terms of taste. I like that the filter is reusable and everything is easy to clean. The only downside for me is that I unplug it daily and the clock resets, which I wish it didn’t. Other than that, it makes good coffee and looks great, so I’m happy with it.

Used daily. Love the delay brewing so I can set to brew and it’s ready when I get up. Love the unusual color. Adds a touch of class to my coffee bar. Love the different options. We have 3 coffee drinkers and so it is used a lot daily.

My experience using this coffee maker for two years was frustrating. It wouldn’t ruin your morning with bad coffee full of grounds and coffee pouring onto your counter EVERY day, just some of the time. It has some sort of design flaw that INTERMITTENTLY causes the grounds to overflow the filter, clogging the spring stopper at the bottom of the filter basket. The pot of coffee ends up with grounds in it, and if you attempt to pour a cup at the end of the brewing cycle on the days when this problem happens, the clogged stopper allows coffee to run down onto the burner and onto the counter. The problem seemed to happen less often if I made only 8 cups instead of 10, but it would still happen. The spring stopper was not damaged or broken, testing it with just water and no grounds, everything sealed correctly. I always used the same (correct) amount of grounds for the amount of water. I finally concluded that it had to be something about how the hot water enters the filter basket, perhaps too fast? Not sure. But after putting up with these intermittent failures for too long, I bought a different brand. It’s hard to find 10 cup drip makers with #4 cone filters. I’m writing this review enjoying a fresh cup of coffee with no grounds in it from my new machine, while this Haden is in the trash.

Bought this for my office at work. A coffee pot was a better option compared to the single serve pod coffee makers. This one went with a few other decorations we have in the office, so it was an easy choice. We've only had it for a couple of months, but so far so good. It's easy to use. I love this coffeemaker! It looks really nice, cool blue design, functional and easy to use. The coffee it makes is strong and delicious! I didn't realise what I was missing with my old coffeemaker. I can never go back now! Cannot recommend this enough - make the purchase, it's worth every penny.

I originally purchased the black and copper one as my husband thought the white one would get stained over time. However, when I received the black one I just knew it wasn't my vibe. I'll be getting the GE cafe series oven and fridge and the white/copper will match that perfectly. They had great customer service and allowed me to send the other item back for an exchange at not cost to me. Now I have the white/copper one and it is a work of art sitting on my countertop. It also works really well - very fast. I will just have to wipe it down regularly so it doesn't stain.

Worst coffee maker we’ve used and we’ve tried a lot. The steam and also the dishwasher make that fake silver paint chip off everywhere (on the handle) and it looks horrible. Also just find silver flakes all over our kitchen constantly. It does not tell you when to clean it, as ours in the past normally do. It has now started to leak profusely out the bottom so we have to get a new one. It is overall very flimsy and not quality made at all.

It takes up less space, looks nicer and brews just fine so it's a nice upgrade from the other. My only slight complaint is it brews slower than my last but not a big deal to us.

We love this coffee maker!! Coffee is great. Easy to use and the colour is beautiful. However, the coffee pot arrived damaged. There is a small piece of plastic that holds the lid of the pot on straight. This piece is broken on one side. The pot is still in working condition though. Contacted seller for replacement pot and they said we had to return the broken pot first. As this is our only coffee maker we decided to keep the pot as is and use it broken. Seller would not accept pictures that show the damage as proof the pot arrived broken.
