The install is more complicated then "line up the corners and press down" like you get with those expensive, shitty glass covers. But it's not hard by any means, it just takes a few minutes to follow the steps. To go into a little more detail, it basically boils down to having the glue side of the protector wet so you can slide and nudge it into perfect alignment. Once you have it where you like it, wipe the air bubbles out. Since there's still water between the glue and the phone, it's super easy to do. Don't listen to the other reviews here saying it's hard to do, or they have a ton of air bubbles stuck inside. Those people probably couldn't solve a shape block puzzle if they tried lol. The protector itself does have a little bit of a rubbery feel to it when you use your phone, but it's only noticable if your really pressing down hard. I have hardly noticed it during normal use. The only negative I have about this is that I didn't find out about this company three years ago when I first bought this phone. Seriously the best thing on the market! After buying several other glass protectors and having them fall off because of the case, I purchased this one and was just pleased! There are some bad reviews out there about the edges not sticking but I took a chance. I made sure to watch the install video from the website provided on the instructions (actually watched it about 3 times to pick up all the hints on the video, which were very helpful). It took me about 5 mins to install, waited the 12-15 minutes to stick the edges (because they wouldn't stick right away which was explained in the video and said to wait). I let it sit overnight, also explained in the video, and it worked perfectly. My case fit nicely over the top and it is in full contact to the surface.
