Cuisipro Scoop and Sift Flour Sifter
This is a great little sifter! It is so easy to scoop the contents up from a container and it is in the sifter. No pouring or trying to fill the sifter and creating a mess! The only downside is that if you fill the sifter too full and put it on the side of the bowl or if it is uneven, some of the unsifted contents will spill out. It is so easy to clean too! The sifter is not very large, so you can only sift about 1-2 cups at a time. I would highly recommend this for a new cook or if children are going to be helping out with the cooking process! It does a good job on powdered sugar too!

Great little sifter
I don't know why I waited so long to purchase a smaller sifter (I have a huge stainless steel sifter, which is just too big for most of the sifting that I do.) This little sifter is great for sifting flour. I measure the flour before I put it into the sifter and it really takes less than 3 cups. Found that sifting two cups at a time works the best for me. Clean up is easy - just was and dry it, then let it sit in the dish drainer to make sure it is nice and dry. Then put it away until your next use. Doesn't take up much space, like my other big sifter does. Great sifter, great price -- what more can I say!

An effective alternative to sifters that rust
I like the ease of cleaning and the ability to rest the sifter on the edge of a bowl. Most sifters are made from material that wears down the finish and rusts. That is not an issue with this product. If you have a lot of sifting, however, your hand can ache from the repetitive squeezing motion.

Cuisipro Scoop and Sift Flour Sifter HORRIBLE DESIGN
Terrible design both for scooping and sifting. What a mess it makes unless you have a giant bowl to collect all the flour that leaks from either end. So sorry I purchased them, I never gave to my family as I planned because they are useless.A better design would be the screening on the bottom only so you could scoop and sift properly. I hope the inventor reads this or someone sends it to them. :)HATE IT! HATE IT!! HATE IT!!!Cuisipro Scoop and Sift Flour Sifter

Mainly just jammed for me...
Just didn’t work very well, clogged easily and I ended up just making a mess. I’m sticking to wire mesh strainers... if that gets the job done then it’s better than a sifter, sorry to be negative. Maybe I just didn’t use it properly?

Good product
I bought this product for my roommate who is planning on opening a bakery soon for cookies and cupcakes. Her oldschool sifter rusted away recently and I considered buying her the same kind, but was attracted when i saw this guy. Looks more modern and in my opinion more easy to use. I am not a baker so we will see how she likes when I give it to her on Christmas and she uses it. It arrived in good timing and it looks totally cool!

the large screen area (which looks like it should be a boon for fast sifting) sends ...
I've finally given up on this sifter: it will be given away and replaced with a cranked one. The design looked promising, the one-handed operation ditto, and the plastic body (less concerns about rusting when it really needed to be rinsed or washed) was another plus. However, I can't using it in any fashion that doesn't kick stuff out the top as the sifting blade moves up and down. Even without that, the large screen area (which looks like it should be a boon for fast sifting) sends the sifted ingredient all around the counter. I'll keep looking for a better sifter design than the cranked ones, but this isn't it.
