DANSAND NO Grow (Natural)

Easy to spread but had to order more as it only covered half my drive. Brushed cracks in block paving easily and will have to see if weeds grow back.

After removing weeds, discolouration and earth from in between old paving stones with a power hose, the gaps were filled with Dansand, a very fine, heavy sand which contains a weed inhibitor. It’s quite hard work to get an even result and a regular household sweeping brush gives a better result than a garden broom. The instructions on the pack are in various languages but the English version is not very clear. Common sense approach seems to have worked. Pleased with the results as the patio looks like new. Fortunately the very heavy Dansand pack was delivered by a well built strong chap who carried it to rear of the house for us, as it would have been impossible for us to move it to the garden area. The order arrived on time. Good service and product.

This stuff is great, put it all round the edges of my new patio and no more weeds it’s very easy to use. I just cut the corner of the bag tipped into the cracks around the edges and put it down. All the instructions are on the back of the packet. The best Theresa no more weeds.

Waste of money, does not work, I used over 30 litres of Round up and other types of weed killer, I also used sacks of rock salt to be sure the weeds were dead. In the end I added this to the gaps and sure enough a few weeks later, weeds are growing through it. Complete waste of money, now i'm going to have to have the stones sealed with cement, which I should have done in the first place, don't waste your money, this does not work

The sand is very easy to apply and when finished my paving looks like new. No weeds yet!

Product arrived on time ,within a cardboard box. I hope the sand will reduce the need for regular weeding.

I have to say, I love this product and while it does make a big improvement there are still quite a few weeds/grass that grow where you have put the product. I have purchased maybe 8 bags now and the results as I said are good but you will need to refresh/redo every couple of months.

Lässt sich sauber einkehren und gut einschlämmen. Härtet zuverlässig aus und hält Unkraut sowie Ameisen fern. Farbe wirkt natürlich und gleichmäßig. Ideal für Pflaster und Terrassen – klare Kaufempfehlung.

Je regrette cet achat que j'ai effectué pour faire le remplissage des rigoles sur les trottoirs extérieurs et limiter la repousse des mauvaises herbes. A part beaucoup de travail pour préparer les rigoles il n'y a eu aucun résultat. Ça n'a pas tenu un été et les mauvaises herbes ont poussées comme avant. Malgré le respect scrupuleux des consignes le sable n'a pas pris du tout... Énorme déception et beaucoup d'argent dépensé pour rien . J'ai d'ailleurs refait la même opération l'an dernier avec un autre produit acheté au leroy merlin et le résultat était flagrant. Même s'il a toujours de petites repousses de temps à autre c'est une vraie réussite et je passe 30 mn à nettoyer le trottoir au lieu des 2h30 avant pour un résultat impecc. Conclusion produit à fuir
