Shoulder Pulley Over The Door Physical Therapy System

Good option if recovering from shoulder surgery or injury. Materials aren’t heavy duty, but so far are fine for doing PT at home. If you need something that delivers a lot of use, like multiple people using it multiple times a day, or if you need something that last for years, probably look for a more robust pulley system. But if it’s just for one person for a few months of rehab, this is a great price for an adequate piece of equipment.

I had neck surgery & the Physical Therapist suggested I get some for home use to help build up the muscles between my shoulder blades & upper arms to help my neck!! It is working really well !! The easy of movement helps when you are using them, the pulley is really smooth!

Works well but not heavy duty

So far so good! I love being able to stretch my shoulder every day! As you can see, I’ve got my shoulder PT station set up. Since it’s in a walkway, I don’t use a chair (which this pulley would work with because the ropes are nice and long) so I had to shorten the location of the handles so I can stand and use it. It’s a little thick for our particular door, but if I press hard, it closes. 👍🏼 👍🏼

I used this shoulder pulley when I had bilateral frozen shoulders (yes, lucky me!). I was able to rehab my shoulders at home until my condition improved. I recommended this helpful contraption to my friends who had the unfortunate luck to get frozen shoulder. It's a lot cheaper than going to physical therapy and you can do it in the privacy of your own home.

I was recently diagnosed with a shoulder problem and this is one of the items I was using in my physical therapy. It works well as described on your door. Holds up well , can use standing or sitting with comfort. Gives good range of motion and easy to use on any door that will close. A very good buy for the money. Assortment of colors.
