Great quality for gluten-free baking
Pure and intense flavor, harder to mix by hand into liquids but worth the effort. The company sent me a statement about their facility not producing items with gluten, so I will choose them for this reason alone!

This is hands-down, the best unsweetened chocolate I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating unsweetened chocolate for as long as I can remember. Scharffenberger was the best- but they sold out they- aren’t the same, and you can barely find it anymore, but this Berkeley made stuff takes the cake. I really hope they stay in business! Finding grade a plus unsweetened chocolate is incredibly hard in America. Keep up the good work!

The Best Dark Chocolate!
This dark chocolate is great! I eat it as an after-lunch snack, and it’s delicious. I’ve tried other 100% dark chocolates before, and they’re usually very bitter — sometimes too much. But this one is different. It’s not sweet, of course, but it has a deep, smooth chocolate flavor and is almost not bitter at all. It keeps me satisfied and helps me avoid extra snacking. Highly recommend for anyone who loves pure dark chocolate!

my husband thought it would be a good Keto bite when he got the hungries. Instead, I will be chopping up for melting or chips. I like the taste but don't eat choc in this form...our son will grab one now and then and likes it.

Awful product
This item is not even 1 star. Was missing 2 bags. This item is absolutely disgusting! It literally tastes like dust! Do not order and they are not returnable. Funny how that works.
