Q: Are the Q 150 ready to wall hang?...Do they have a keyhole socket, or would I need to buy extra parts?

These are best on stands. Unlike the Q100s which are front ported the Q150s are rear ported so best to not have too close to a wall. If you really want to hang them it would be best to fit the supplied Port bung foams. You will be limiting their capability and bass response by doing this.

Q: How can you use them with your TV

Hi there, you could get a amp to power the speakers. If you want an HDMI input, you would probably need to look at an AV amp/receiver, as regular stereo amplifiers tend not to offer that type of connection. Having said that you could probably connect via optical or even auxiliary/line input. Then he would need the relevant cable to connect the TV to his amp, not forgetting speaker cables to go from the amp to the speakers.
