What size spark plug does the 3500w frame model take?

I don’t know As I’ve only used generator for 6 months and never needed to look or change it

I've just purchased this generator and it won't run with the choke off, how do i rectify this or do i have to return it?

It appears that the labelling on the choke may be transposed. I start the generator with the choke set to off and once it starts I flick the switch across to on which seems counterintuitive but it runs fine.
