EASY fix Frames

the product is really gd and can be easily used. but it needs some space coz its quite big but its a gd thing coz i can have a painting whatever size i want.

This frame is easy to use and is supplied with fabric mounting hooks, but the design of the blue corner pieces mean that a side frame extends from each corner for any size other than the maximum size square project. The numerous holes in the side frames makes it easy to tension the silk and the hooks provided do no damage to the fabric if you use them carefully. I've purchased two frames and modified them slightly to allow me to paint the full length of silk scarves and other larger projects without having to dismount and remount the fabric. I don't use the blue corner pieces, but hold the frames together with small nuts and bolts - not as easy as the blue corners, but I can decide where the extra length of the frame protrudes. I've cut a 200mm length off two of the frame lengths and used them to join (using more small nuts and bolts) pieces of frame together to give the extra overall length. There's probably a more elegant way to achieve this end result, but it works for me and when I've finished everything can be taken apart easily for storage.

Very good quality, lightweight and easy to use and clean afterwards. I also bought and extension kit Pebeo Extension Kit for ASF1 Stretcher Frame and now paint very long scarves and silk for dresses and blouses. Be careful not to lose the very sharp hooks - you will not like finding them after you give up searching:)))

I really wanted to like this cause I needed it and it looked great on the photo. I can make it work but it's far from ideal. The bars are very flimsy, some of the holes are too small so if you manage to push the pin in you have troubles getting it out. The pins don't even hold the silk very well, if you apply any pressure on the silk (painting on it with with a brush) the silk slips out. I can't really increase the tension cause the pins start ripping holes in the fabric. I guess it might work ok for small sizes but I am trying to do scarves and I am struggling.

I am new to silk painting and have found this frame easy top assemble and used. I live the versatility of being able to easily adjust to the required size and dimensions, wish there was one for the long thin scarves eg 150 cm length

It is practical, easy to clean to assemble, disassemble and storage. Good product.

I was thinking to refund this frame. But finally cancelled it. The customer service is very good. I bought this items 2 or 3 weeks ago. I just got it today. After contacted the Jackson company. I knew that the frame has possibly lost on the way of delivery. They resent me the frame with the first class delivery, I got it next day. Also, give me the 24 claws as well. Because the first time delivery has been sent the claws and frame separately. I did get the claws. But the frame is so big, I do not have such a big table to put it on. the frame itself could not stand up. very weak. Also, the edge is very sharp. it was cut my hand. So I will see how it works.

Product was not handed to resident as stated on my order details, it was left outside the door. Although well packaged, the product inside was dusty and grubby looking and the blue corner pieces were scratched and didn't look new. I'm just glad that it wasn't meant as a gift or it would have been returned. There were no pegs as indicated on the bag and I could not find details of anyone to contact to get these sent to me - how convenient! If you do read these reviews Amazon, would someone please contact me to discuss. If you don't, then you should!!!
