I read the reviews before I purchased this. Many people said they were surprised how small it was, and they were right! Only about 6 inches tall, but it works amazingly! I work in an old building and it’s very chilly in there. I put this heater under my corner desk and it heats up extremely well. My legs stay warm and heat even rises from under my desk to warm the front of me. There is not control for heat setting but it has a convenient on off switch that I can press with my feet to click it off once I’m warmed up. It does well on top of my desk also. Small enough to not be in the way. Great for small spaces, like under an office desk, but definitely not sufficient for a bedroom or anything. I recommend it to a few coworkers.

I purchased this heater for my small office at work. When it arrived, the box was opened by my husband, who aptly stated, "This is the tiniest heater I've ever seen!" It's true. I didn't read the dimensions beforehand but assumed it would be similar in size to other small heaters I've used in my life. This one is actually much smaller - it would fit easily in a tote bag, if I wanted to travel with it. Despite its size, it puts out a great amount of heat. I use it on the floor and direct it at my legs and feet, and it's perfect for that. It wouldn't be great at heating a large room, but for someone looking to have a little heat directed directly at them, it's perfect. I appreciate its small size and small price!

Works well and the tiny, compact design makes it good for small counters, etc. Pretty powerful too. 500W is a lot less than the 1000 or 1200 than other small space heaters are but this is strong. Better than the fan-forced, bigger white plastic-y ones. This is metal and a good shell. Quiet too. I ordered a second. The wire is real thick and does not get hot. Stays cold, actually. Whole machine stays cool, except for the front metal grate. There is only one setting, on or off. I don't get the strong burning chemical plastic smell which I'm very sensitive to. This has a small one out of the box, but it wore away. Happy with this.

This heater has a long power cord. It has a safety feature on the bottom. If slightly moved or tipped, it will automatically immediately shut off. Even though it is only 500 watts, it keeps the air around me very warm. It's so quiet, too. Almost as small as my coffee cup, but packs a punch. Good build. Not heavy at all. Definitely recommend.

We have a drive thru window and it gets very cold for the people working there. This small heater works incredibly well. I didn’t really have expectations for it. Just hoping to keep my employees warm in cold weather. It is rather small, think a little taller then a pop tart box, but it has been really helpful for them in between orders. They are grateful for it. Highly suggest for a desk or a drive thru window :).

My daughter is in college, bought this for her dorm room since it’s so cold out there. She’s had it for about a month and a half, and had to buy a new one because it stopped working. It started making a lot of noise and eventually just stopped turning on. It would get hot but wouldn’t warm up the room, everything else about it was fine until it stopped working.

It runs all the time so you have to turn it off and on to regulate heating. I consider this a fire hazard! 500W is a lot less than I was expecting. My 750W heaters are much more effective so I quesiton if it really is putting out 500W. Spend $1-2 and you will get a much better space heater. Too cheap to waste the time and gas to return it. I'll keep it for extreme emergencies. Desk top only. Too physically small to put it on the floor. The anti tip safety interlock works but is not very robust.

Originally, we bought it to put on a small table while we sat in our garage to hand out Halloween candy. As long as we sat within 10 inches of it, it helped us keep warm. Then, I decided to take it to the freezing cold office where I work. I put it under my desk and WOW… this is going to save me during winter! It’s barely starting to get cold here, temps have been averaging 50 degrees, but the man who runs this office does not turn up the heater. I’ve stocked up on fleece-lined leggings, big sweaters, and have a heating pad at my desk, but I was still cold. This tiny heater warms the entire under-desk area fast. It’s very quiet too. Oh, but if you are holding it, wondering why it won’t power on – you need to set it down on the floor before it will start running. Highly recommend this portable heater!
