Not sure about your question. If you want to know if the blades (there are 2 blades included) are removable for easy washing, yes they are and they are very easy to remove and put back on. If not, please rephrase.

does it makes twisted potatoes ?

Yes , it makes twisted anything. Although it's pretty difficult to use. I have since opted for the kuuk spiraliser and it's so easy to use that my little daughter does it

Can it do cabbage and onions?

You can't really spiralize those as they're layered so not a solid shape like carrot or courgette, but using the plain blade it will chop them up for a coleslaw.

what different cuts the 3 blades can do ?

Its 3 different because is two different spirelizer, one thiner then the other and a no spirelizer (normal round slices).
