Did anyone else receive a guitar pick with this pill case? Lol

Yes. I couldn't open it without it. It is very difficult to open the pill box without it

How is the product packaging? I want to give it to my friend

If you need to use this product for gifts, you need to buy back first, in the purchase of a gift box, as to why you can see the packaging photos in the comments

Is there a trick to opening this the first time? We can't get it to open.

Yes you have to put something in the plastic gat to help pop it open, once you do that it should be easier to open after that you.

How about these pill cases?

They seem to be ok as a small container for pills when travel.
