Filled my greenhouses with insecticide smoke.
Some reviews had commented on the lack smoke and it didn't burn for long. I followed the instructions to the letter and it did burn and produce enough smoke to fill each of my greenhouses. I was quite surprised how much smoke was produced and how quickly it filled the greenhouses. I've just set them away so not sure how effective they are against bugs. They seemed to work and I would buy again.

Way too expensive for uncertain results
Don’t be fooled by the size of the tin. What you find inside is a tiny little plastic tub half-full with some kind of powder covered with a little bit of wax. After lighting up the wick you get literally a few seconds of smoke coming out not even enough to fill the greenhouse, then it just stoped. We checked the tub: the wick was gone burning a hole in the wax layer and apparently catching a small amount of powder underneath. That was what produced a little bit of smoke in the beginning. Most of the wax still on the sides of the tub and most of the powder still at the bottom of the tub. When we tried to light it up again the plastic tub itself caught fire and that was the end of it. We just left it there to burn completely hoping that if not smoke then maybe fumes will drive creepy-crawlies away. Not the efficiency and effect you would expect for £12+. Definitely won’t buy again and would not recommend.

Worked a treat
I grow a lot of veg from seeds in my greenhouse and bugs can be a nightmare. Tried this and the greenhouse ended up bug free. It was easy to use but you must follow the instructions. I will be buying again.

They've certainly cut back on the contents.
Two or three years ago I bought a couple of these for my polytunnel. Then, each tin was 7/8ths full of little balls of sulphur. This time I had to buy four for the same polytunnel, and rather like Russian dolls, inside each tin was a small bag, and inside that was a small plastic tub 2/3 full of compound. They burned for about 90 seconds and didn't seem to give off much smoke. I'll know in the spring whether or not they did the job, but they haven't filled me with confidence.
