It helps some but not as much as expected

I have tried SO MANY neck pillows as a frequent flier who has to try to get in my zzzzzs whenever I can. This is the one that will make me stop trying. This pillow is so comfortable and well designed. It has high and low spots all around it so you can move it around to meet the way you want to support your head. It has very soft Velcro-like closures that gently help the sides attach but don’t scratch you when it touches your skin. The material is SO SOFT and cozy and it’s cushy enough to squish into the right spots but not so much that it still gives the support you need. It remains nice and cool, helping you to rest comfortably without sweating. When you’re not using it, it packs compactly into its own travel bag that’s significantly smaller than other pillows. You can easily stuff it into your bag or attach it to the outside of your bag. This thing is truly amazing and so well made!

I was searching specifically for a pillow that would support my chin, keeping it from trying to rest on my chest while reading, watching TV, browsing on phone, or napping. And keep my shoulders from scrunching. This fit the bill! It keeps my neck aligned, promotes the curvature of my neck, and provides amazing pain relief!! I would recommend it to anybody!! It comes in various sizes to fit anyone. It is soft and comfortable. When I removed it from the packaging it seemed very velvety, which may be a plus for some people, but I have a strong aversion to velvet. I almost sent it back. After a few moments however, I realized it isn't actually velvet & I can tolerate it. I am so glad!! I used it in the car and I the living room watching TV with no issues, and great relief. I tried to use it in the bed, with success for a while, but then I became very hot & sweaty so I had to remove it. I am a very hot sleeper. I would love if the creators could make a cooling cover or a cooling version of this. It is way more expensive than I feel like it needs to be. For the relief it provides, I would buy it again. I plan to buy a few more!
