Worth trying if your teenager lacks energy and feeling fatigue
My 15 year old is struggling with tiredness and lack of energy and just doesn't know what's wrong during some months. I purchased these to try, I have used the Well Woman tablets and knew they were good, so we tried these, and she is so much better, we did try the subscription on Amazon, but after having issues with them and not accepting any of my debit cards, we found them cheaper in Superdrug. The tablets are big and I did worry about my daughter swallowing them, but she did manage them ok.

These tablets are quite large so difficult to swallow.they have no taste .my tenn hasn’t felt much difference yet but everyone is different.good brand and good price with a high vitamin content

Definitely worth it for your tired, exam filled and stressed teen coping with all the other teen dilemma's. It's just one daily multi vitamin tab so easy to remind and coax them to have as swallowed in one and I like that it covers all the female teen issues. I do think I've noticed a difference in mood too.
