My sons absolute favourites

I have been drumming for a few years now, using a variety of different sticks - my often used ones being from the Stagg brand. These (Vic Firth Buddy Rich Signature sticks) arrived today and I couldn't be more happier with them. Unlike any other sticks I have used previously these ones feel noticeably thicker, the weight on them is amazingly comfortable for me as is the length. The white paint and all around design of the sticks are beautiful to me, and to hold them they have a smooth, glossy feel yet I can get a very nice, firm grip on them. These are without a doubt the best sticks I have used so far! I still can't quite play like Buddy when using them, but they've refreshed my desire to make wild rhythms and I plan to supply myself with these particular ones when this current pair eventually wear out. 5/5 from me.

Great well balanced drum sticks. There is a real difference in quality between the cheaper sticks and any of the Vic Firth sticks, and the Buddy Rich sticks are a cut above. My son the rock drummer legend in the making can really appreciate the difference (jazz, rock, swing). These are replacing a previous set that lasted over a year of solid playing. It might not matter to a raw beginner, but experienced drummers will know the difference that these well balanced sticks make.

Good for practices

For a while I have been looking for new weight stick. I have been for years using 5B's of various makes. Maybe because of my age but they where starting to not feel as good as years ago. So tried these Buddy Rich sticks, because another drummer friend was using them, and let me try out the feel. I bought myself a pair and found they where not light to play with, but easier on my hands. So far I like them a lot, and have purchased 2 more pairs.

Estas son unas baquetas pesadas para los que les gusten de este tipo. A mi gusto sob perfectas para lo que quería. Se ven fuertes y bien hechas. Todo es positivo y sobre todo de muy buen precio.

Très bonne baguette. Bon équilibre, poids très bien. Ressemble beaucoup au SDJ, Jack Dejhonette. Je les utilise pour du métal principalement.

Le sto usando da diverso tempo, non riesco a descrivere il motivo per cui con queste bacchette ho la sensazione di averle usate da sempre, forse per via del buon bilanciamento o le misure adatte alle mie mani, però tra le tante provate negli anni le annovero tra le migliori in senso assoluto.

The sticks are great. They are standard Vic Forth, but only one stock was stamped with the logo and type. Weirded me out at first, but then was fun to play. Price is comparable to music shops around me. The difference from other sticks- the weight is settled more in the bottom. The tapered slope starts lower and is not as sharp as standard sticks. They are durable. Will leave white marks on cymbals.
