Abena Maternity Pads will facilitate the postnatal phase so that the mother can concentrate on what truly matters, their new born child. Abena Maternity Pads offers full breathability and protection against leakages with the super soft and flat lengthwise barriers. It also features Abena's Premium Top Dry system that allows the mother to feel dry and comfortable whilst allowing the skin breathe. It can be easily fixed to your normal underwear via the self-adhesive strips on the back of the pad. Directions 1. Remove the pad from its packaging. 2. Peel off the adhesive strip on the back of the pad. 3. Place the pad in your underwear, ensuring it is properly positioned and adheres securely. 4. If you're thinking about getting these for after giving birth I'd like to suggest getting Aloe Vera gel, keeping it in the fridge and putting some on the pad as it helps cool things. **Q: Do they come individually wrapped?** A: No they just all in the one pack **Q: Can this be used for total incontinence or just for moderate leakage?** A: Here is a video of the pad compared to a 2L bottle, it's thick aswell, but i wouldn't say it would hold incotinence. It's more for a very heavy bleed after delivery. **Q: Are these natural cotton and chlorine and fragrance free?** A: Yes ## Frequently Bought Together - Abena Premium Maternity Pads, Perfect for Postpartum, Super Absorption, 14 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Frida Mom Women's Postpartum Underwear, Disposable Boyshort Underwear, Seamless with Stretchy Support, Postpartum Essentials, Size Regular (Waist 28"-42" Stretched), 8 Count, Grey - TUCKS Medicated Cooling Pads, 100 Count – Pads with Witch Hazel, Cleanses Sensitive Areas, Protects from Irritation, Hemorrhoid Treatment, Medicated Pads Used By Hospitals --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/49297435-abena-premium-maternity-pads-postpartum-essentials-eco-friendly-after-birth](https://www.desertcart.is/products/49297435-abena-premium-maternity-pads-postpartum-essentials-eco-friendly-after-birth) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
