These vitamins are not only easy to swallow, although they are larger, like most multivitamins, they come with trace mineral no nasty coating on the outside so for an elderly person or somebody with swallowing difficulty, this could easily be crushed and given with applesauce, for instance. I’ll find out you not end up with nausea or an upset stomach no acid reflux, which are common problems when taking a multivitamin. I also Partake in intermittent fasting which means I do not eat for 18 to 20 hours out of the day. Hence, I take a multivitamin on an empty stomach. These are not only effective you will physically feel an improvement in your well-being, due to the lack of trace minerals and certain vitamins in the food available . I.e. primarily organic so for me it is not a dietary issue. It’s a soil depletion issue, which is a worldwide problem, so taking a multivitamin is imperative for every person just a fill in the blanks of what you might be missing if you work out a lot like I do weight training, etc. you may want to add and trace minerals as well. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that with the advertising for another brand, but I take this daily for a couple of years and love them with not switch from this product.
