My wife likes these, she just had blood work at the doctors and all was well. She was never big into multivitamins because she felt that they made her nauseous, she doesn’t have that problem with these.

I fancy myself a bit of a supplement snob! Only kidding. I do take many supplements and no prescription medication, which is a really amazing thing to say when you’re in the over 50 club. These vitamins are not only easy to swallow, although they are larger, like most multivitamins, they come with trace mineral no nasty coating on the outside so for an elderly person or somebody with swallowing difficulty, this could easily be crushed and given with applesauce, for instance. I’ll find out you not end up with nausea or an upset stomach no acid reflux, which are common problems when taking a multivitamin. I also Partake in intermittent fasting which means I do not eat for 18 to 20 hours out of the day. Hence, I take a multivitamin on an empty stomach. These are not only effective you will physically feel an improvement in your well-being, due to the lack of trace minerals and certain vitamins in the food available . I.e. primarily organic so for me it is not a dietary issue. It’s a soil depletion issue, which is a worldwide problem, so taking a multivitamin is imperative for every person just a fill in the blanks of what you might be missing if you work out a lot like I do weight training, etc. you may want to add and trace minerals as well. Check out Dr Berg‘s products on this Amazon site and he offers a great trace mineral product. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that with the advertising for another brand, but I take this daily for a couple of years and love them with not switch from this product.

My go to vitam. Supplies my daily dosage, makes me feel great. Pills are big, but takeable, no after taste. Changes your urine to a yellowish look (lol)

Took the MAX POTENCY once daily Alive for at least 25 yrs. Now I see new improved....and yep, cheapened all their formulas and left out so very much! Another company cheapening and trying to act like its BETTER. I used a few old empty bottle to store some of my own herbs and so could easily compare labels and ingredients. Ive gone to a better brand since. I wont buy Alive again.
