It is a normal round nozzle giving a cone shaped spray pattern.

What shade of Silver is this paint ? is it bright Silver or grey shade silver ?

used this on my 1992 alfa spider wheels and would say it is a bright silver. Looks good.

Does this match Nissan Qashqai Tekna wheels?

Well I am not familiar with Tekna,but if is metal or aluminium will stick on it , with a nice finish to be fair

Is the adhesion good ?

Very good. I painted my alloys 2 years ago and they are still sound. Note: I repainted my wheels because road salt had got under the lacquer coating and they were corroding in places. So, I sanded the wheels back to bare metal, applied 2 coats of paint then 2 coats of spray laquer. I think you would need to be that thorough for a durable finish.
