These gummies have all the great nutrients I am looking for such as vitamin C and vitamin D in addition to the elderberry. I don't like to take a whole bunch of pills so when I can find the supplements I need in a healthy gummy form, that makes it easier for me to remember to take them. I wanted to boost my immune system a little. Give some extra help. I have not been sick in quite a while. Could be luck or maybe the little things I am doing actually work. Price is not too bad and they are rather tasty. Pay attention that each day is a 3 for the daily dose. These nutrition companies are working overtime to hide what is really in there, you need to read. Pay attention.
