Would the feeder be suitable for them all?** A: Hi, yes it would be suitable but you would need 2 PestOff Rat Proof Chicken feeders. One feeder hung to the head height of the smallest chicken and the other hung to the head height of the average size chicken. I hope this helps. No rats have been able to access, they used to climb up the duck coop walls and drop down onto the hanging feeder but they cant do with this as they fall off before the can get to the food. I was worried that it would not be suitable for ducks because the feeding area is quite small but the ducks are find with it they just take it in turns. They dont spill much at all. My only wish is that it was larger. I have three Indian Runner Ducks and this feeder feeds them for about 3 days , so I am going to have to buy another one for when we go on holiday.
