This little streamer is amazing! Had a few coffee drips on my white carpet, tried everything, this has my carpet looking like new! I also put it to the test on a stainless steel pan that had old burn marks. Took them right out and my pan is gleaming clean. It is a little delicate so don’t be rough with it.

This thing is no joke! Cleans hardwood and vinyl perfectly. Be sure to order the extra cloth attachments.

Best mop I’ve used so far, it really gets a lot that a regular mop would normally push around and it keeps my floors clean. I’ve had it for a year now and use it regularly. Love the handheld option to use as a steamer, I’ve used it to clean baseboard, inside window sills, remove wallpaper, get hard to remove grime, the options are endless! The only thing I would say is the mop pads do not stick on well anymore and will sometimes roll underneath the mop as I’m pushing which is frustrating. The replacements for the mop is kind of pricey as well and no suitable off brands.

I have used this a couple times and I am very well pleased with how well this mop really works. I like the fact that I don’t have to use chemicals anymore. The steam cleans my floors really well. I am extremely pleased with this product and I got a really good deal when it was Amazon prime deal back in October. I know I’m gonna get a lot of use out of this this dual blast steam mop. I like the handy carrying bag that I can put all my accessories in. It came very well packaged. Thank you Amazon for great service, and fast delivery.

The H20 HD 5 IS A BIG FAT FAIL! I purchased this product 8/1/2022. Thane Direct the info-commercial company has deplorable customer service! My product is under warranty and is only 90 days old. It failed completely after only 90 days. Used this product only four times in 90 days and it just stopped working altogether. No more steam! No explanation from the company. No interest in resolving the issue. Emailed Customer Support for Warranty and Help Desk more than SIX Times!!! No willingness to resolve this matter. They also want you to pay for them to ship you a part. I was willing to pay the fee but they don't have a method to pay with a credit card if you don't use paypal. I asked them to ship it collect. They failed to respond or reply to my emails. NO phone number works. You call the 800 number listed on the Terms/Conditions and it fails to work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS DESIGNED TO FAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS. THANE APPARENTLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND IS UNWILLING TO HONOR THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR! DO NOT BUY! H20 HD is a waste of money! DO NOT purchase unless wasting your money matters not! Also, Amazon sucks with their AI systems that use foreign call centers with no ability to transfer to the US. Amazon is too big to care and has moved so far away from Customer Service that it is a despicable enterprise. The hedge funds out there should design a company to compete and kill Amazon's business for all of its arrogance and unwillingness to serve the very customers that helped build its success.

This product made my project easier and helped clean my tile in my bathroom floors and shower walls. It really have them clean spooks very nice. I feel it worth the money and a nice lightweight product to keep the floors clean. The product is durable and has a firm grip.

I like this product, it's easy to use. I wish the reservoir was a little bigger for the distilled water. I also wish it would have worked on hardwood floors but it doesn't. It works great on bathroom fixtures and showers.

Assembly was time consuming and a pain with micro screws BUT this machine is incredible and my husband steam Clea n Ed my wood cabinets and got years of stickiness off them. We are thrilled and bought the deluxe 2 dual steam. Should order extra cloth pads as it cleans so deep the pads get so dirty you have to bleach them in heavy duty wash each use.

Love it. I have had it for almost a year and it is still going strong. I used it on my hard wood floors atleast once a week and for small cleaning projects around the house. Works great to clean the glass on the inside of my oven and small seams on things like the washing machine and sink.

This was to replace my old H2O steam mop that i loved , i only use on high setting i find thats when it works the best , Since I liked my first H2O steamer I didn’t research any other ones so maybe there are better ones im not sure ?. i did how ever have the same problem as one of the reviewers about the tip cracking and breaking only reason i gave it a 4 star , over all i love it and use at least once a week
