Good quality and value for money, happy so far! Updated 12/07/23. Tyre turns out to to be of very poor quality, after approximately 400km the tyre is almost worn out.

Works as should. Easy enough to install without breaking the bank. Bee. On my sons bike for last 6 months and he's loves it. Holding air well and no punctures. Good stuff.

This tire is a good replacement for my moutainbike rear wheel. It closely matched the tread pattern of the original tire I had. I can't speak to longevity or how may kilometers it is good for as it is new. I can say it is a quiet tire on the street with almost no road noise. My previous tire did have noise. Given the tread pattern and centre block of this one, it keeps a good contact on the road in the centre to reduce sound. Installation was tight. Using the 2 tire spoons I had, this tire is a good tight fit. It took some effort to get the tire over the rim on the last side (first side slips over with little effort). That being said, I think you want a tight fit. The only real negative I have is the smell. Why would I mention smelling the tire? I live in an apartment, and my bike is in the front hallway. There is a rather powerful new tire smell that lasts a week or two. The smell goes away, so if you are like me, don't worry once you put it on, it will go away. The description says it is directional. There are no arrows that I could find on the tire to tell you which way it should go. It was not intuitive to me, and I had to take it off and put it back on after I compared it to my old tire which had direction arrows. In that process, I poked a hole in my tube. Lucky I bought a two pack of tubes from Amazon. I would recommend replacing your tube if you are doing the tire as preventative maintenance. All in all, satisfied. Amazon makes it easy to get the tire size you need without running around town to all the bike shops looking for the right tire.
