I decided I needed to jumpstart my weight loss journey and bought this to try it out. I will admit the Strawberry meal replacement drink is kind of slimy and sweet. Even after a whole arm workout of shaking it, there's beads of the powder that taste like sugary egg whites when not mixed with water. I would recommend mixing it with a blender. The Aloe Vera is also a bit too sweet but the real warning is how many times you'll be in the bathroom those first couple of days. I peed A LOT. A real important tip is that you HAVE to put your part in with your meal plans. It truly helped what I was eating during that time. I'm not sure if the meal handbook was supposed to come with this kit but I found it online. At the end of each day, I did feel full but I had this weird feeling of still kind of wanting to eat. Sort of like content but not satisfied, ykwim? After the week finished, I think I lost 6 lbs. but I still maintained my meal plan and implemented exercise, which made me lose another 7lbs the following week. I definitely do feel the difference on my body and will continue to just eat better and exercise more. People also told me they saw the weight loss on my body which made me happy other people could tell! This kit helped me in the way I wanted to and would recommend people to try it ONLY if they put the work in. When I bought this it was priced at $99 which some might say is pricey, but considering you're not buying as much food and this kit is the majority of your diet, I'd say it's worth it. My parents also bought their own kits and my dad lost 20lbs in 2 weeks and my mom lost around 7 lbs.
