Better You Dlux 1000 Vitamin D Spray is a great way of ensuring you get enough vitamin D a day without the need for taking it in a tablet form. With the NHS recommending 10 mg of vitamin D a day this is more than twice the suggested amount and seems to work well for me. Although it is only recommended for winter months I have been using the spray all year around and though it is hard to tell how well it is working I have rarely been ill and trust the spray will do as it should as I have seen noticeable differences when using other Better You products in the past. The spray is pleasant to take with a dose of one spray per day of a fresh and minty flavour. The bottle sprays very well (I have had problems with another Better You product not spraying but that's not the case for this vitamin) and although it appears to be a very small bottle it does last a long time. It is said that the bottle contains 100 doses, I have not counted but it does seem to last around three months and with it being so affordable I think it is well worth giving it a try. I am very pleased to have bought this spray and believe it has helped with immunity and helped me to stay healthy, another great Better You product!

Good if you’re vitamin D deficient, it definitely makes a difference. Nicer than taking a pill, although the spray pump can be slightly dodgy sometimes (too little / too much). It also develops a slightly weirder taste than mint after using it for a little bit, but nothing horrible. Just not as minty anymore.

I was surprised how fast the vitamin started to work when I ordered it first time. For the first two months of using it during the winter I was buzzing with the energy. It definitely got me through the winter. I have ordered it again as this year summer is too wet and I need the sunshine. It's very easy to use, it's a spray so you don't need to swallow anything. The bottle is a pocket size so easy to take it with you. Definitely good value for money and good for all the ages

Fantastic and so easy to use. Peppermint flavour very mild. For me so much easier than tablets. If course I have no idea how effective it is!

J’ai commandé ce spray de vitamine D3 à 1000 IU pour éviter les comprimés et faciliter l’apport quotidien en hiver. Le format spray est très pratique : un simple geste dans la joue, sans avaler de pilule, avec un goût menthe léger et agréable , mais à ne pas prendre à n'importe quel moment justement à cause de ce goût mentholé. Le flacon de 15 ml contient l’équivalent d’environ trois mois d’utilisation à une dose quotidienne, ce qui le rend économique. L’emballage est sobre mais solide, et il est facile à transporter et à ranger. La fabrication au Royaume-Uni offre un gage de qualité et de traçabilité, ce qui m'allait bien. Au niveau des effets, un bon confort global sans effet secondaire discernable. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés : la notice est assez succincte En conclusion c'est une excellente solution pour ceux qui préfèrent éviter les gélules ou comprimés : dosage précis, ingestion agréable et bonne efficacité pour entretenir les niveaux de vitamine D. Idéal pour un usage longue durée à un bon rapport qualité-prix.

I don't know how I could ever go back to taking vitamins the old fashioned way. The flavor is fine and the not having to gag on pills is life changing! Finally, I'm getting my vitamins. Thank you, Better You, for making a decent spray!
