Will this work on 6-10 ounce leather?

Hi there, I did use it on 6 ounce+ (2.5mm) thick veg leather and worked smooth and fine...hope this will help...

What size are the holes?

The bigger teeth are 1mm the smaller ones will make a slightly smaller hole wich is great for thread .6mm and smaller

Are handles on the punch round or flat need a round handle to fit my 3/8” chuck

Flat. So flat that they will cut you if you miss the punch with your hammer.

What size is the allen/hex key?

It’s so small theres no number to size it by. I would only be guessing.
