OMG! This is so great! I used it for my deer and beef sticks and then smoked them on my smoker for 3 hours and the cheese stood up perfectly and the taste with the meat was spectacular! Can't wait to try out the other cheeses!

I should say off the bat, I cold smoked my jalapeño chedder sausage, and didn't really need this. Kinda gave it a cold, velveeta kinda grit to it. But it didn't make or break my sausage. If you go for chedder wursts or something you grill it's delicious! I grilled some of that sausage up and it was great! Had good texture, good meltyness(if that's a word!) and it was a Labor Day hit! Thank you for helping me best my brother in charcuterie! Only thing that took a star off was the price. Not their fault, but if you don't need it for cold smoking, any of your local dairies will give you good cheddar for cheaper. But for homemade grilled jalapeño chedder brats, it's a 5/5!!

Great packaging and even better taste! Lots of product to use for multiple uses! Texture is great and holds well with our homemade summer sausage in the smoker.

My husband and I started learning how to grind our own meat and recently wanted to try and make cajun cheddar bratwurst. This cheese did not disappoint. It did not melt or make a mess and has a wonderful flavor. We smoked them in the smoker. Will def be buying these again.
