This cooking wine was delivered in an expidious fashion and is a key ingredient in quality Asian cooking. It lost one star due to the funky bottle cap of which was replaced by a pour spout. The taste is great and the price-point is good. I would recommend this product for the neophyte Asian cook.

Very good, would buy again
I was very surprised by this product. Its very good for the price. When I was looking into the company, I noticed that they're based out of New York, so I was not expecting this to be authentic at all, but it's just as good as other brands I have used. I'm assuming that this was imported. I've used this in multiple dishes so far and it has a very good flavor. I have noticed, in other reviews that people have said the cap does not seal properly. I have not had that issue personally.

Very good product. I use it in many chinese recipes. Amazon carries many similiar products, but this one is proven.

I’m setting up my new kitchen and need lots of staples. I’d not heard of this brand before. The price seemed decent but I was concerned about taste. It actually tastes good and is actually a bit better than my usual brand. It’s easy to recommend and I’ll buy again.
