A week ago, I didn’t even know cat water fountains existed. But then my elderly cat suddenly started putting her paws in the water bowl and sloshing the water everywhere (potentially due to failing eyesight and apparently wanting to check the water level). I was fed up of my kitchen floor being covered in puddles so after LOTS of research, I invested in this. So far, it’s been amazing. Both cats are happily drinking from it after only a couple of days and my kitchen floor is dry. I love the fact that it is totally silent and also that the main body detaches from the base for easy filling and cleaning at the sink. It holds plenty of water so can’t be knocked over or moved around, and it is a reasonably inconspicuous design and shape. I realise I will have to buy filters in due course which will cost more money and I also understand I may have to clean out the pump from time to time, but so far I am really happy with it. It will be great in the summer or if I go away for a night, as I won’t have to worry about them running out of water. I only wish I’d waited a few more days before buying then I could have had the Black Friday price. If you’re not sure, I’d advise buying this - it seems like a good price to me. Yes the instruction manual is rubbish and pointless but it’s so easy to set up and I’m sure there are videos for everything else.

I'm amazed at how quiet this is - it's silent. Two of my three cats were intrigued by this when I first set it up and one had his paw in it and even attempted to drink from it but I'm not sure they've actually realised what it is or used it yet. It holds a lot more water than I expected so I feel confident that I can go out and they won't run out of water whereas with their bowl the water sometimes evaporates quickly so this fountain gives me peace of mind that they won't dehydrate. The fountain itself feels good quality, it was easy to set up and I love that it's powered wirelessly through the wired base so theres no plugs going in to the fountain itself.

I bought this to replace a comparatively massive (3.5L) pump-operated water fountain because it was an utter rigmarole to clean; having to unplug it, unthread the USB cable, take out the pump, etc. Not to mention the size and weight. This solves all of those problems excellently. It's nice and compact (but still a decent size to not need refilled every day), really easy to refill or clean because you can just lift the water-containing part right up off the induction pad, so no need to faff about with cables. It's whisper-quiet, a good level quieter than the previous one (which wasn't THAT noisy) and nice and easy to put together and take apart as needed. You can't see the water level through it because it's dark, however it does have an indicator light to advise you when the water's too low (although by that point it will stop pumping out of the top anyway, I think). Only negative is that it comes with just one filter, so it's advisable to get a stock of those in to go along with it.

So far so good! Much better than the previous one we had and it is a delight to clean (if anything is!!) The overall quality of the fountain is great. Super quiet!

It’s a cool looking product & the design is nice and sleek, the overall quality of the make is high. The water jet isn’t particularly strong and doesn’t create a very fountain like effect unfortunately though. My cats aren’t particularly interested in it unfortunately i think because the water jet isn’t hats strong. The noise is minimal and the cleaning and re-filling process is super simple so overall it is great. But if your cat/pet is picky it might not like it just like ours didn’t. The value for many is good indeed though as the capacity, assembly and maintenance is pretty easy. Overall a 4/5

Best water fountain I have ever had for my cat. This is so easy to assemble, with good quality and materials. It is very lightweight and simple to refill. The pump is wireless, but the base must be connected to a power source, so you won't have any issues with batteries. You just place it inside the compartment, fill it with water, and set the container on the base. Then it starts flowing. Product has a smooth, matte finish, which helps resist water stains. It is very quiet; I struggled with my previous product because it was so noisy. The fountain runs continuously, and it’s quite easy for my cat to drink from it because it has plenty of space. It is just the right height for my pet. I had a small issue with the product I ordered since I chose the “Used - Very Good” condition (which was a bit cheaper than new), and I ended up with a missing filter, but I was able to resolve this quickly after contacting Amazon customer service. They were fantastic at sorting out the problem within minutes. Overall, I cannot be happier with this product! Highly recommended!

We’ve had 3 fountains to date, all of reasonable price and quality, supposedly. This fountain is by far the best one, quiet, well made and they have really thought about the ease of use with regards to set-up and cleaning. You definitely get what you’ve paid for with this.

I got this at the end of 2023, worked fine for the first month then when going to do the filter change, wash and plugging it back in it just wouldn't work. It just kept flashing blue which is apparently to indicate there's not enough water in there but as you can see there absolutely is. When this happened I was just on my way out the door to catch a flight to go on holiday so I didn't have the time to try to trouble shoot it and as I've already got quite a few different water fountains for my cats anyway it wasn't a big deal that I couldn't get it to work right at that moment, so I just put it in the cupboard. Admittedly it's stayed there for over a year because when I came back and looked online for advice on how to fix it, all I kept seeing all over the first page of Google search results was the exact same thing over and over again which is that apparently this particular fountain constantly breaks quickly after buying with this exact error - flashing blue to indicate there's not enough water in it when it's quite literally full. When clearing out some things I finally decided to take it out the cupboard and attempt again to trouble shoot it and after a couple of hours of doing absolutely everything that Petkit manual advises, I've completely given up. I do not recommend anyone buy this item and if I haven't convinced you then simply put into Google "Petkit eversweet solo se flashing blue light" and you'll see the hundreds upon hundreds of people this has happened to too within the first month of buying it. To add, my son also had an issue with the slightly different model that is orange coloured and is wired to the fountain where it wouldn't work after the first use. Not a flashing blue light, some other flashing light and a beep which took him hours to trouble shoot albeit thankfully his finally started to work. So I have lost any confidence in Petkit's water fountains due to this, which is a real shame as I have their big automatic litter tray for my cats which I've had for about a year and a half now and absolutely love, it's been a complete game changer not having to constantly scoop litter the litter tray all day being in a multi cat household.
