Great whitener for buttercream
This stuff is great, I use it for whitening buttercream, donโt put the powder into the buttercream, I mix the powder with a touch of milk and them add slowly to already mixed buttercream. Donโt put in the butter, make sure the butter is mixed and youโve added the icing sugar ! Itโs not going to make your buttercream whiter than white but it does take the yellow out of it

Amazing- Must Buy for a baker
Right, I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this product. I've struggled to get white buttercream for ages. Adding a drop of purple food colouring, constantly whipping butter for ages! But this! After whipping my butter for about 10 mins, I put 1 x teaspoon directly in with the icing sugar, and wow, my buttercream is actually white! Amazing stuff

Worked well for ganache
Highly recommend.I had made some white chocolate ganache but it had a yellow tinge to it and i needed it to be white. Tried the purple food colouring hack but that didn't work. Added some of this and it worked wonderfully! White ganache!Only downside is it doesnt have a long shelf life which isn't great if your not a regular baker.

Works well enough
This worked well to slightly brighten my buttercream. I had already got rid of a lot of the yellow tone through beating the butter and adding a small amount of purple food dye, but I feel this helped brighten it up slightly more. But it wasn't a huge difference really (the left tupperware is my original icing with the purple dye added, the right bowl is once I then added this - so there is some difference but not huge).I also found it didnt dissolve very well - I followed a previous reviewer's advice to add it to milk and mix this in to my buttercream, however it still left small powdery lumps.

Woohoo WHITE white chocolate drip!!!
So impressed!!!!!! Have been requested to do a 60th cake, I wanted to do a pink white chocolate ganche drip on it.... Didn't think twice about it .... White chocolate would make a lovely cream colour add pink gel and I'm rocking.... I was soooo wrong! Fortunately I found out a few days before I needed to start making cake. I was helping my mum with an cake she was making (just for fun luckily) that white chocolate drip looks more like something your nose may blow into tissues .... Yuck!!! So panic stations and a quick it of research led me to this and wow it works amazingly.... The photo is just me experimenting on day I recieved the product. The 1st drip is untouched ganche ( seriously how yellow!) 2nd with the titanium dioxide and the 3rd is TD plus pink gel..... As a rough guide I used about 1/8 tsp to a 25g white chocolate ganche mix ( as I stated I was just experimenting)....

It's an OK product
This product is OK, it did lighten the colour from yellow to a pale yellow , making a paste and adding it to the buttercream did not change the taste but I did also have to use a white food colouring.. the above picture was taking with a flash on so it was still a small bit yellow ... honestly wouldn't by this product again.. but item was shipped very fast packaged very well and had a long shelve life..
