Impressive Sound for the Price, With a Few Quirks
I picked up the KZ ZS12 PRO X mostly out of curiosity, and honestly, they’ve surprised me. For the price, the build quality is better than expected. the metal shells feel solid, and the detachable cable is a nice touch. They’re not the lightest IEMs, but once you get them seated properly they stay comfortable for long listening sessions. Sound-wise, these lean toward clarity and detail. The bass is punchy and controlled (not the “rattling-your-skull” kind), the mids are clean, and the treble has a lot of sparkle. You get a wide, open feel for an in-ear monitor, which works great for both music and gaming. A couple downsides: if you’re sensitive to bright treble, these might get a bit sharp on certain tracks. And while the cable works fine, it definitely feels a little on the cheap side. Also worth noting if you have smaller ears, the size of the shells might feel a bit chunky. Overall though, for the price, these deliver impressive sound quality and detail. Great for anyone who wants a budget-friendly step up from regular earbuds, as long as you don’t need super-heavy bass or wireless features.

They actually sound nice compared to what I came from headset wise...
I bought some of these for myself about 3 months back and just started using them about a month ago. I bought a set for my buddy, and unfortunately his didn't have the memory foam ear inserts in his, which is a bummer because I think they seat better with the memory foam for Ear Support. Quality seems to be fine for a low priced IEM. If you can't EQ these though, they aren't going to sound good. You need to be able to boost the sound on them, to get the sound quality you're trying to get out of these versus a closed or open back headset. Cord length is short, so I highly suggest you get a 3.5mm extension to fit your needs. I'm so used to a wireless headset I bought a 15 foot extension just in case I walk off with these still in my ears. Otherwise, easy to use, just plug up and go. Again, suggest you run them off your mobo sound ports on the rear, not the front, or use them through a speaker system that has passthrough 3.5mm jack(s) so you still get the benefit of the EQ off the mobo sound. The only "ear support" there is, is the combination of position in your ear and the cord that wraps over the top to kind of keep them from getting tugged around. It's not that big a deal. After a month straight of no headset, my neck pain has come down considerably from not having that heavy contraption on my head, even tho, getting used to an "earbud" style input is different when talking (you can absolutely hear yourself even without a side monitor going). Next time I'll go up to a slightly pricier version and see what the hubbub is about, but for now these are plenty for FPS style gaming, Battle Royale's, and pretty exceptional for story style gaming too. Paired with a good microphone (I didn't get the ones with built in mics for a reason), you'd be very gtg IMO.

Stay cool while gaming! Sounds AMAZING+GREAT BASS has extra in ear different sized comfort tips
Edit: I was able to send in the defective piece and ordered a new IEM, the same one with an extended 3 year warranty for longevity. It sounds fantastic and has no limited time use that the first set had so I am over the moon with the sound quality I get while gaming on my PlayStation 5 Pro. On a side note get yourself an external audio card like Creative G6 and once you setup the sound profile on your PC unplug it from your PC and plug it into your USB on your PlayStation 5, the sound quality you get are light years better than just plugging it into the controller for sound. -End Edit I absolutely love these! The sound quality I get from these IEM are on par with my much more expensive Sennhiser closed headphones that I use for gaming, Movies, YouTube, Spotify. The only drawback from closed Headphones is the heat! My ears get very hot because I am a 6’5” man and naturally put off a lot of body heat! And sweat because of it while gaming ect. The IEM took care of that! Same amazing sound at 1/4 the price and not covering my ear making me sweat! They fit perfectly in my ear because of the extra size tips they added making sure no matter what size ears you have they always fit perfectly and securely! The reason I gave them a 4 star rating and not a solid 5 star is because after I have them on for a couple hours the audio quality drops significantly in the left IEM Headphone followed by the right IEM. It’s more than likely a fluke and I neglected to purchase the extended warranty so my advice is buy them anyway just get the warranty JUST IN CASE and you will be golden!

Almost perfect! but...
I have had these for about a month or so, i really do love these earbuds. They are super comfortable, the quality on these earphones are absurd! like really really clear! it is genuinely insane how powerful they are for being so small and the price. Many people use these for different reason, one reason that it is being used by me and others is for gaming. I am a streamer and play games a lot, some games would be Siege, Valorant, Overwatch to name a few. For performance and such, it works so well and its' a great fit. BUT i have these plugged into my Audio Interface, and can turn up or down the volume. ----------------- The ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH THESE IS THE T R E B L E ON THEM. ----------------- It is so loud and painful, even when playing low volume it still goes crazy. ----------------- IF YOU SEE THIS, AND ARE GOING TO BUY THESE. EITHER GET THE KZ ZS12 PRO X WITH SWITCHES OR FIND A EQUALIZER APP. ----------------- Other than that, they are amazing!!!!!

Items really are the best way to listen to your music or videos...
I have been debating on getting my wife and I a set of items for a while.well we went ahead and got them and we're both more than happy with the purchase.you would not believe how much better the sound they create really is we had to do some research to really get what we wanted.and with a little bit of checking into all the features and what those features did and didn't do.i mean these ear monitors are not your every day ear buds although you can get them from about $40 to $1500 a pair they are using technology that is way more advanced than earbuds.first you have to realize that they are mainly used by professional bands so they can hear what they are doing alot better than if just trying to listen to their own amps and speakers.which is why most of them don't have mics on them and they don't have any phone or Media controls.that being said there are some iem systems that do have those things you just have to find out which one's do and them figure out what your price point is and start really looking into if they have All the features you want like we wanted tunable systems also most items have up to 9 speakers built into them and with 3d printing now they are using some really wild materials to build them with which also can make them very heavy compared to earbuds.ok as far these particular iems we bought they are crazy clear and the bass is pounding so hard you can feel it when they're sitting in your hand and I am so glad we bought tunable ones because they allow us to have a cross over system we can control just to dial them in to our own audio likes.ok two other things you may want to do is to find an dac/amplifier dongle and get a new set of cords that are are made out of silver wire and they are braided with alot more wires on both sides.which when using a dongle will usually give you up 50 % more power to your speakers and drivers.it will also keep everything crystal clear no matter how much louder you turn them up.like I said earlier we have been all over the Internet learning what we wanted what we needed.and then finally we started looking for iems with the technology we wanted in them and at the price point we needed.and again I still can't believe that these iem along with the features you want them to have so they will work with your cell phone, tablet laptop and so on.all that being said these iems will give you everything you could want and all the others that I have found with all the same features start at $500 and just keep going up and if you really do your research on some of the very expensive ones you will see that most of them won't even work with your cell phone.all they do is play music very crisp and clean and they can't do that without the help of the guys that are controlling the entire sound system for the musicians to be able to give you a great show because the iems he has in his ears tells him what he needs to do with his voice guitar and so on...... but again I hope you understand that these iems need a little help to give you a set of earphones that will play your Media better than beats, pixel buds, ibuds,Bose and anything else you can get to try and sound as good and you can control the speakers or the dac/amp dongle.and I never got into your Media players bottom line is if you start with trash at the source and push it through trash then what else are you going to get at the point of where you are hoping to hear some clear and deep bass sound lets just say I'm glad you don't smell through your ears....... I give theses items a 10 for build 10 for beautifully deep lows and the same for mids and highs and a 11 for the fact that they are tunable and have the features to be used with my cell phone and all my other media platforms I use...... hope this helps someone

Don't waste your money
I bought the headphones for Christmas. They died on the 2nd of January, not even two weeks of light use. The left ear has no problems, but the right ear, I can barely hear anything out of it. If I unplug the right ear so it doesn't dangle, the left ear stops working completely. Also, no matter what cup I attach to the tips, it's never comfortable in my ear.

Best iems in this price range?
I have bought many various headphones/earbuds all relatively inexpensive ($30-$80) and I must say these are probably the best yet. Not a major fan of the fit in ear straight out the box but probably simply need to change the little ear insert dealies out for another size, it comes with 4 different sizes. Sound clarity is awesome, in hindsight I think I should have bought the pair with the tuner switches because I'm very picky but coupled with a equalizer, it brought them to near perfect sound in all categories IMO. Very crisp and clear, including the subtle background noises that tend to get lost on speakers or comparable earbuds. They sound great with PS5 Pro as well with some minor tweaks in the settings on the console. They're absolutely worth the money (I paid $48). There are likely better iem's available on the market but these are my first pair of this technology and I am pleased.

Noised - some low quality parts- good for price
Good Sound, but treble are too much, I can’t use more than an 1 (or less). The ear plug is uncomfortable, but with foam (not included) can be better. The mic plastic loose the first day, now the wire is on the air absolute thin wire in mic part. Good for price. I am going for another better.
