Amazing product that helps keep me healthy and away from sickness

.I have tried the pure irish sea moss jelly and it ended up making my smoothies taste oddly fishy, not even banana was strong enough to cover the taste. These gummies are perfect, they taste like raspberries. I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if somebody handed me this gummy with a regular one. It does have the texture of an old gummy in that it is slightly more tough around the edges than the center. However I am able to eat it slowly, even bite it in half without cringing unlike other gummies that an that awful taste, all this good flavor with only with 1g of sugar per gummy! I bought these gummies for their mineral and vitamin diversity, especially the magnesium and iron content, hoping it would help keep a healthier nutritional balance. They have been a game changer! I take 1-2 gummies a day, some times I forget to take any at all yet I still have more energy than before. Highly recommend.

I wish I knew about this long ago, but this has helped me so much. With energy, helping with going to the bathroom with bowel movements, etc. I will say I noticed this time I didn't even cramp which I typically do having other health concerns. I am not sure if it has to do with me taking these vitamins or not. The taste honestly isn't bad at all. I will continue to buy these. I will say I also use Mio sports which gives me electrolytes in my drinks so that could also help with the boost of energy.
