Cold Beer. It’s a magical thing. It brings people together, helps them relax, gives “liquid courage”, and is a regular sidekick for many of the good times in your life. That sidekick is to be celebrated. As much as beer represents these dynamic aspirational things in our lives, it can be finicky. When beer gets too warm, it is harsh, brutal, and generally difficult to drink. In an effort to keep beer time as it should be, we invented the Chillsner. One should not feel pressure to chug a perfectly crafted brew in order to avoid the downside of a warm beer. Beer should be respected and enjoyed at whatever pace is ideal for its consumer. Warm beer is both a literal and metaphorical buzz kill. We wanted drinkers of a beer to have an effective way to continue to enjoy the experience of drinking beer that was both functionally effective and aesthetically interesting and beautiful (in a “beer” kind of way) Step 1. Freeze Chillsner for 45 Minutes. Before using, take a drink of beer to make room for Chillsner. Step 2. Insert Chillsner into bottle. Step 3. Press firmly to create a tight seal. Note: Use caution when first inserting as some beers may foam up slightly. Step 4. Enjoy the Chillsner’s drink-through feature and complete coolness. Drink through. Four flow vents deliver a smooth, consistent flow of perfectly chilled beer with every sip. Stainless Steel Frame. Smooth, sturdy stainless steel frame freezes quickly, chills perfectly and cleans easily. Airtight seal. Once placed inside your bottled beer, simply press firmly to create an airtight seal. Thermal Coolant. Once frozen, proprietary cooling gel transforms Chillsner into an arctic-like cooling device.

Fun but not really functional
Bought this for my husband. Fun idea but whether it actually keeps the beer cooler for longer, is debatable. One problem that we encountered was that it only fits a few beer brand bottles so limits your beer selection.

Its a just as i thought it would be and can be used on any bottled drink. It keeps the drinks cool and refreshing as it lasts a long time before warming up.

... for a gadget but why oh why did I waste my money on this
I'm a sucker for a gadget but why oh why did I waste my money on this. Did not fit the bottles I had. The plastic seal got rammed up so leaked. You had to drink beer first to make room for the chiller which barely had any effect. Just use a fridge!

Bit of a gimmick
My girlfriend saw this and the wine version and thought they'd be a good idea. When they arrived I thought they were great and put them in the freezer immediately for testing!In hindsight, the beer cooler is just a little bit pointless for my uses to be honest. I understand the wine chiller given the length of time a bottle of wine could stay out, e.g. during a dinner if you don't happen to have a cooler. But for a bottle of beer? Unless you drink particularly slowly this isn't really necessary, for me a fridge-cooled beer stays cold enough the whole way through anyway. Also, it takes 45 mins in the freezer before it's usable, meaning if you want more than one bottle of beer you can only use this with the first one, unless you want a 45 minute break between each? It also doesn't seem to fit well on all bottle tops.The one time I can see something like this being truly useful is if for some reason you wanted a beer immediately and it wasn't cool. Just pop this in and you have a relatively cool beer. It's also really annoying having to take a few mouthfuls of beer before it can be used (and it is a few) because of the amount of space the cooler takes up. Even then I've found it still often causes the beer to fizz over if not lowered in very slowly.Bit gimmicky.
