I wished I would have invested in these elbow wraps sooner I have tennis elbow and it’s painful when I try to lift heavy weights. Now using these elbow wraps I can lift pain free. I also let other guys at my gym try them out and they ordered a pair immediately. It Works!

Exactly what I expected. Easy to put on and very comfortable during the lift. Seems to be of good quality.

These straps are simply not long enough - they wrap around only 3 times: once on the forearm, then around the elbow, and lastly the upper arm. When doing a movement the wrap surrounding the elbow slides to expose the elbow thus creating no support. The velcro area is too large and stiff which will not allow your elbow to bend and will cause friction if it is near the inner area where your arm bends.

It's a bit shorter than I would have liked but it does support the elbows properly. The longer I use it the more I like it. I've read a few reviews about it which made me nervous originally but I believe it's from people that don't understand what the rings at the end of the wraps are used for. I won't explain it because I think that if someone can't figure something like that out, they probably shouldn't be commenting to begin with.

These are just what i wanted. Pull them tight for heavy overheads or a little looser for tricep work. The little loop holds them while you wrap so it works one handed.

Good material, concept completely faulty. Every time you move, they slip. You constantly have to readjust them, not worth buying at all.

Ho preso queste fasce perché in alcuni sollevamenti in palestra ho dei fastidi ai gomiti e alcuni "colleghi" di palestra mi hanno consigliato di provare con questo genere di fasce e sono contentissimo di averlo fatto perché la situazione è migliorata davvero tanto! Le fasce sono forse un po' rigide come materiale rispetto ad altri modelli che ho ma mi trovo comunque benissimo soprattutto perché hanno un elastico che aiuta sia a tirarle che a inserirle nelle braccia da soli, non capisco perché alcuni si lamentano che sia troppo stretto, per quanto mi riguarda basta perdere qualche secondo in più a regolare correttamente il tiro. Le consiglio a tutti anche per l' ottimo prezzo!

Werkt goed, als je het perfect om je elleboog heen wikkelt kun je nog zo’n 10kg extra op je bench erbij doen.
