Excellent product

I purchased the Labnox pH solution from Amazon, expecting a reliable and accurate product for my Demonstrations. Unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish. The solution seemed completely off—readings were inconsistent and wildly inaccurate compared to my previous trusted brand. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time as I tried to figure out if my aquarium's pH levels were actually safe. To make matters worse, the customer care experience was beyond disappointing. When I contacted Labnox to report the issue, the executive was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution, they blamed me for "improper use," even though I followed the instructions perfectly. Their tone was condescending, and they refused to issue a replacement or refund. If you care about accuracy or decent customer service, steer clear of this product. It's not worth the frustration or the money.
