good stuff for a fair price

Paired with an archival folder this set of negative holders provides superb storage of treasured family photo negatives. Time will obviously tell if the reported capabilities are true, however no worries from the initial experience of loading up the pages.

Over the years I have taken many pictures in film form and have collected hundreds of film negatives. I started the process of scanning in the pictures/negatives and wanted to ensure that they were all stored safely and preferably in the one place. I had a look at several film/negative sleeves and decided that Hama presented the best value and quality. I was not dissapointed with the sleeves. My only concern is that the sleeve holders are a bit bigger than A4 sheets and do not fit into a normal A4 folder. Hama, as do others, sell a folder designed to store all these sleeves but at a price. I went to my local Staples office supplies and found a LEITZ folder that was cheaper than others I had seen online and in a range of colours.

For the filing and storing of 35mm negatives these 'glassine' paper negative sheets are about the best type available in my experience. Normally I cut my negatives into strips of 6 frames but if I've managed to get 37 frames out of a 36-exposure roll of film as I sometimes do, these sheets allow me to cut a few strips of the film (or the whole film) up into strips of 5 frames and still accommodate them all. The glassine paper material from which these neg. files are made has a kind of very soft and smooth quality about it making the sleeves ‘anti-scratch’ and they are not only archival and kind to your negatives but the glassine also facilitates easy loading and withdrawal of your negatives. These Hama sleeves, which are actually manufactured in Germany, also provide excellent protection for your negatives and of course they can be used with ANY A4 Ring-Binder Folder for storing (I personally don't normally buy or use the folders deemed to be for Photographic use as you're expected to pay a premium price for them). Finally, these Hama neg. sheets also represent great value for money - and if you purchase a pack of 100 Sheets rather than a pack of 25 Sheets, they are exceptionally good value for your money.

How great that in these days of digital photos it is still possible to buy negative storage sheets. These are of excellent quality and perfect for sorting (and then archiving) prior to scanning.

I've been using these for years and continue to shoot film so they were an ideal purchase. Past experience is that they last for a very long time and keep the negatives pristine. Perfect design for function. Easy to insert negatives and a perfect size / fit for most negative albums such as the Hama.

These are perfect for the job, not to heavy you can write in the surface. There’s a header space no date title. Easy to get the negative in and out. Economical. Have that traditional feel. About to buy a second box

La funda no està completament ben dissenyada. Les tires 1 al 5 tenen el paper vegetal al mateix nivell de tall. Costa molt obrir-lo per introduir la tira. L'amplada de cada espai de l'1 al 10 són una mica estrets. La pel·lícula passa però un xic justa. És un bon material.Sembla que no hi ha massa oferta d'altres marques per encabir els rodets de 36 exp. tallats (per obra i gràcia dels fabricants de processadores) en tires de 4. Penso que es pot comprar i està bé. Els rodets de 24 es poden posar en els models de tires de 6. El preu és car 13,00 € cada 25u. i no el fabriquen en paquets de 100u. En canvi 100u. Hama en tires de 6 val 19,00 €. Com a arxivador mireu-vos l'ADOX a uns 10,00€. Està bé. De plàstic prim. Però amb ales que el fan una capsa tancada. Salut i bona llum des d'Igualada.
