These are honestly the best earbuds we’ve found for sleeping, especially if you share a bed with a snorer. We’ve tried loads of different types over the years, and these are the ones that are least likely to fall out during the night. They definitely take the edge off snoring, and they’re also brilliant at reducing other background noise like traffic or our robot vacuum starting up in the morning. What’s really important for us is that they don’t block out our alarm, which was a huge relief. They’re also great in spring when the dawn chorus starts super early. Lovely to hear, but not at 5am. The only downside is that each earbud is wrapped in a cottony fluff, which can be a bit fiddly to remove if you wake up in the night and realise you’re going to need them in to get through the rest of the night. We’ve learned to prep them before bed just in case. Although they say single-use, we’ve comfortably reused each pair for three or four days.

Absolutely the best earplugs. I’ve tried so many and these are the best in terms of comfort, noise blocking and there’s no danger of them getting stuck in your ears like other types. You do have to warm them in your hands slightly before using to make them more malleable so make sure to do this.

These were really helpful when sharing a room with a friend for a holiday. As a side sleeper i found these easy softened in the hands. A non sticky /tacky product that fitted well. Soft and comfortable on the ears. They had shifted slightly by the morning, but still sufficiently reducing the noise. I would recommended

Pros: - The wax nature of these earplugs means they can be easily shaped to fit your ear canal. One size fits all ears. - They are far more comfortable then foam earplugs. - Relative to foam earplugs, I find these can block out noise more effectively. - Depending on how clean your ears are, they can be reused for a very long time. Cons: - The first time you use them you will need to strip the fluff off the outside. The fluff is means to be removed before inserting into your ear. A very minor inconvenience. - The wax is initially hard but warms up with your body temperature. When you first put them they need a few minutes to become more malleable and comfortable. - They are not suitable for using at music concerts to reduce ear damage and tinnitus. They will block the music in such a way that it loses its definition and it just sounds muffled. Overall, these are excellent earplugs to either help you sleep or reduce noise when you need to concentrate.

I have been using these for years after trying lots of different types. Pros There are allot supplied in the reusable plastic case. Once you remove the cotton wool exterior they are very maluable. Just squeeze a few times and yhey become very soft. I mould into a cone shape and press firmly into my ear, they self mould. Easy to take out, just was in clean water and pat dry, then reform into a sphere for storage. You will have a perfect nights sleep.

Nella pratica confezione in plastica ci sono 24 tappi in cera dura avvolti singolarmente nel cotone idrofilo. La cera va riscaldata tra le mani e modellata a cilindro per inserirla nelle orecchie (le istruzioni sono sulla confezione). L'isolamento acustico non è totale (del resto, sarebbe pericoloso se lo fosse), ma annulla quasi completamente rumori e voci circostanti, se non a pochi centimetri di distanza. Ottimi quindi se il partner ha problemi di russamento, se si dorme in una zona piena di locali o se si hanno vicini rumorosi: ho avuto occasione di testarli in tutti questi casi e, da persona esageratamente sensibile ai suoni durante il sonno, devo dire che funzionano egregiamente. Sarebbero monouso per questioni igieniche, ma devo ammettere di usarli più volte; di certo raccolgono sporco e cerume, dunque è meglio cambiarli abbastanza spesso. Personalmente ne lascio 2 nuove paia in ogni valigia, perché in viaggio sono sempre utili.
