A serious bout of food poisoning left me with a super sensitive digestive system. It is often uncomfortable and occasionally embarrassing and I have come to rely on enzymes, probiotics and activated charcoal to manage it. This product is terrific. The capsules are easy to swallow and the directions are to take one with each meal. I used to take this company's Omega Zyme ULTRA , , also an excellent product, but this one contains greater amounts of enzymes and some additional ingredients including nattokinase. My experience has been positive.I have suffered no digestive upsets or any side effects. Both my digestion and my general sense of well being have improved.

I am 33 years old I have been taking this brand for about a month and one of my family members (52 y/o) has been taking this particular product from this brand and we both swear by them, I notice and immediate difference in our digestive health and the added benefits of more energy that doesn't feel like a caffeine product, its an overall sense of better physical health. Garden of Life has the most amazing products. And this is certainly one of them. I have lots of food allergies and acid reflux. These enzymes, along with some apple cider vinegar compliment my every meal. Without them I don't do well with digesting.

This was offered at our local Whole Foods and was easily accessible during my healing phase and I also recommend it to some of my clients as they start their journey.

I have tried several other brands of enzymes, but keep going back to this and will not switch again. I have seem a big decrease in my stomach bloat, which is the main reason I purchased to begin with. It is also helping me with the terrible gas situation. I take one pill about 5 minutes before I eat a meal. Sometimes I forget and remember after I've been eating. I take the pill immediately and it works. This problem seemed to hit me when I turned 60. I've done a lot of research and learned that sometime after 60 our natural enzymes start to diminish. This product replenishes and helps to digest certain types of hard to digest foods.
