I have had this for a few months and it has been a life saver! It scans nicely, prints beautifully, and was super easy to set up. I watched for it to go in sale so I got a great value. I appreciate that it connects wirelessly and is light enough for me to move, if needed.

Works well

Just opened the box and set the printer up. I did not read the description as well as should have because it wasn't until now that I realized there is only a single paper tray. I was expecting to have two trays. One for letter and one for tabloid sized paper. I would've purchased a different machine if I would've realized there was only a single paper tray. Not the fault of the printer, but the fault of the buyer for not noticing prior to purchase. Printer prints fine and was easy to set up and connect to my network.

My 3rd brother and does not disappoint. I needed another to print 11×17. It does a fantastic job. Well updating this review. So sorry if someone purchased this after my review. This has turned out to be the most useless printer I have had. Will not recognize ink cartridges even when they are actually brother cartridges. Well not connect so you can scan at all. If your ink is slightly low in one of the cartridges it will not print at all and I mean just slightly low. I have had nothing but trouble but of course it is to late for a return so money wasted. I have always used brother printers but after this one I will not never buy another. Anyone have suggestions on a good printer?

The fact it will auto-scan was about all I needed to be thrilled, my last all-in-one had to be done one by one, but everything has been superb. I've had low usage for about a month and still am on the supplied ink. It prints a little slow for a full page color photo but that is not what I need so I don't consider it a 'con'. I researched many all-in-ones at this price range and below and the only 'con' I could say about this is it is a little big. Bit it also appears to be quite the workhorse. If you purchase, enjoy!

the features are nice on this printer But the print quality is poor . the ink on the the paper appears to be faded as if one is about to run out of ink. changed the dpi to 600 and that didn't do much. if you don't care about the print quality its a great machine! the color is fine but the grey scale is bad.

I bought this on the recommendation of a client who said it was the first printer they had for their business. That Brother still makes it after 13 years should tell you how good it is! It does everything I need and I am so happy to have a real business printer now! The set up was easy and it scans to my computer perfectly! I think it is a great price point for what you get. Ink Jet printers tend to run pretty expensively for ink refills but I don’t use color that much and set it to grayscale unless I need deep, dark ink. That helps conserve and save money! If it lasts as long as my clients did, then I’ll be a happy camper for quite a while!

I absolutely love this new Brother printer. It's a powerhouse and can handle everything I threw at it. Double-sided printing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc. it does these tasks with ease. I also love the fact that I can copy, scan, fax, and print legal sized paper as well. The print quality is also amazing on this printer. I've had amazing prints from it so far and can't complain there. While I don't do too much work with legal sized stuff, it was still a great benefit to be able to not worry about paper size when using this printer. The wi-fi printing has also been incredible. I love that my phone connects to it quickly and all my laptops/wi-fi devices have no problems printing to it. The only qualm I have with this printer is that it's massive and you can't really place it in a small area. Be very careful to read the dimensions and make sure you have the space to accommodate this printer. However, all things considered, I would buy this printer again in a heartbeat. I've had an excellent experience so far and I plan to use it for a long time.

Hihh quality reproduction and out in a snap

Previo a este equipo tenía un 6920 de la misma línea (solo que más antiguo, obviamente) y la verdad es que ha Sido una mejora sorprendente, mayor velocidad de copiado e impresión y acción del alimentador de documentos en definitiva es superior. El cambio más notable es el tamaño del área de escaneado ya que el cristal no permite el copiado desde este mismo de documentos superiores al tamaño carta. Para copiar documentos tamaño oficio y doble carta hay que hacerlo desde el alimentador de documentos y las hojas hay que colocarlas desde el depósito de hijas trasero y de una en una (esto te tomara un poco más de tiempo) pero si no haces muchas copias doble carta o impresiones ni siquiera te resultará molesto. Se entiende que los cartuchos de tinta sean caros pero podrás encontrar en Youtube tutoriales para otras opciones. Calidad de impresión 10/10 y además trabaja las hojas opalinas y el papel fotográfico sin problemas.

A good product. I have different copier printers, so this one had a bit of a learning curve. But once you get to know how it operates, it's a great machine. I use 11x17 paper for floor plans - that took extra time to figure out. Now that I have a handle on it, it's perfect.good
