Brilliant piece of kit

A bit of a nuisance
It's annoying that relief isn't constant, especially if it's on my kneck or back. If it's on my arm or leg that's fine, I can adjust it while it's on, but if it's out if reach I need to take the whole thing off, set it and then try and reposition it, or get some one else to. Depending on the pain, it's just and miss. If set on a high level it can cause a distraction for restless legs. Severe period pain is a definite no. It's ok for mild pains, if it's in the correct position. Not great for fibromyalgia sufferers

An essential item for me
I like it very much and rely on them. I actually own 3 as I have arthritis and can target areas rather than taking painkillers. They are not a cure but are great for relieving pain and I have been using them for about 3 years. Pads have to be replaced as well as batteries. They run for about 20 minutes and stop and it is advised not to restart in the same position but to move slightly to a new position if necessary. The level of massage intensity is from 1 to 15 so for lower back paid I set to highest while for say shoulder muscle maybe 8/9 or as much as i feel necessary.

Value for money
Easy to use and good for the costing of it. Only gripe would be the replacement pads are different to the ones that come with the machine. Those last fairly well but the replacements are a nightmare. The gel padding pulls away from the backing and sticks to itself rendering the pad useless and at £13 for a pack of them it’s an exoensive way to go.

Faulty machine.
This item is faulty I've not been able to usit at all. Tye battery was dead.I bought a new battery and the machine still won't work an utter waste of time and money. I.rely on my tens machine due to my health and I can't manage the ones with wires. I therefore require a full refund forthwith

Is there a Warranty?
Been using TENS for years for back pain. Very effective. Recent purchase of HT329L4 disappointing. Worked short while and then refused to switch on. Previous model was brilliant. This one seems to be less robust which it needs to be to be truly portable.
