Are these authentic knipex i got a set and thr quality is not as good as my other knipex tools.??

They have “Knipex Germany” stamped on them, I can’t see made in China. They are sharp and close cutting. The cutting edge is 8mm and no visible light down the cutting edge when held up to the light also the cutting edge do not overlap like some cheaper side cutters. I use them to cut the pins on IC’s to remove them from the PCB also to trim component wires after soldering.

Is the cut flush on both sides? Also, would they cut 0.7mm annealed stainless steel wire? Thank you

They are only flush on one side and no I would not cut annealed stainless steel with them. You may wish to consider an alternative wire cutters both of which I have purchased via Amazon from Tools N Tools they are high quality jewellery diagonal side wire cutter pliers with tungsten carbide tips flush cut on one side also quality jewellery wire END cutters pliers with tungsten carbide tips metal crafts they also have boxed joints making them more stable then the normal lap joint they will cut piano and guitar strings as tungsten carbide is harder then stainless steel it may meet your requirement. Would these cut orthodontic wire used in braces for teeth?

I would say yes, they are very sharp and strong. I cut 1mm metal wire with them.
