Oceanic Tarot: Includes a full deck of specially commissioned tarot cards and a 64-page illustrated book

I bought this deck a few years back because I was immediately drawn to them. The cards are sturdy & great quality...sadly not sturdy enough to endure the teeth & hands of a two year old who chewed on a few & bent another few *Sigh*...Note to any parent of a toddler who is buying these: Make sure you don't have the audacity to think you can leave them sitting while you go pop the kettle on! Anyhoo, I love these cards so much that I am now buying another deck so I can replace the chewed & bent ones & also have back ups for the others if anything untoward should happen to the survivors of the last deck. You won't be disappointed buying these, the book is wonderful for any beginners & each card comes with a word at the bottom so your intuition can also give your own meaning to each card. The book gives clear instructions on layouts for readings, whether that be for yourself or others. It does lean more towards the positive side of things, so even the more "negative" cards have an helpful insight to give them a more positive spin. It's absolutely not a dealbreaker though, it adds to the charm of this deck.

These are very good cards, card quality is good and can take riffle shuffling and bridging. A hard working deck. Love the artwork and gives clear messages. there is a key word on every card, though I tend to read intuitively and not use these. A good deck if you are learning tarot.

I've gone through so many decks and could not gel with any until I got these. I understand the feeling of having a relationship with a deck of cards now. If a beginner or a experienced reader you will find this deck so easy to work with. I give 5 plus stars all day long.

This deck is beautiful ! And the information very accurate. I resonate deeply with this deck. I am blessed to know the artist, Jane Delaford Taylor who is a lovely and talented woman. I have an original painting of hers which is featured in the Metatron Oracle Deck (another must have deck!) and is a project between Jane and Amanda Ellis. And have another original commissioned as well ! The Oceanic Tarot written by Jane Wallace and illustrated by Jane Delaford Taylor is truly a wonderful deck to have !!

I LOVE Mermaids and the art work for this deck is beautiful with attractive characters for all the Mer-people! I give 4 stars though as only the 22 Majors are fully illustrated and not the pip cards. However, all 78 cards have a keyword to spark the intuition, so can be used as a beginner deck along with the booklet. Nicely packaged, would make a great gift and the booklet is clear and easy to understand.

The most of my favourite cards to work with. So simple and the energy and beautiful colours . Just need to follow the intuition to work with. Very fresh and lovely box.

Beautiful deck for both readings for others and for a one card a day guidance for yourself , reading the guide book makes it easy to use them for novices and experienced readers alike , beautifully illustrated , heartfelt meanings and interpretations of each card that makes it equally easy to use your own intuition ,so good I've bought three decks for friends ,would deffinately recommend this deck

Lovely illustrations and interesting descriptions in book - although the text is a bit small for me ...I’m a novice at reading tarot and these are very accessible...also pleasing size cards to shuffle (some are too big for my hands!).
