The sound quality has been reported as really good by my friends. The shock mount doesn't seem to be that effective against the spring noises when adjusting the arm but I don't generally hit my table or do anything that would make the spring noise in the first place so it's not the end of the world. The RGB as well is not addressable and only turns off if you're muted or when the PC is off. Speaking of, the mute functionality works, the gain knob works well as well. It could have been better if there were some labels or indicators as to what level the gain is set to but besides that it's a really good value mic + arm combo. I would give 4 stars, but I've bumped it up to 5 because of the lack of bloatware that you don't need any software to run it. It's a really straightforward device.
