Since we don’t use chemical preservatives or overly-processed ingredients, refrigeration is required to maintain the optimal freshness, consistency and flavor of our bars. It also helps keep Perfect Bars in well, bar form! If Perfect Bar is left out for over a week, they may lose their overall freshness and will start to dry out as the oils from the nut butters separate.
