Very healthy and tastes very good.

They work great if you’re in your perimenopause! I bought first the Vitamin C one but after a period of cold and the flu I felt i needed more so i ordered these. Great feeling and energy during the day. I can say I had good sleep and energy during the day also i felt like my mood was improving. Now i am on the Magnesium one but after i finish i will go back to these. For me they worked great but then again everyone is different so try and you will see :)

Good to see an evervsant vitamin c without nasty sweetners like aspartame and saccharin. Too many have this - glad to see more finding healthier alternative sweetners. I'm not a big fan of fizzy drinks, but this was bearable enough. And not too sweet either. Started taking only last few days; its early days. Just place one in water and drink and disolves quickly.

I've tried 3 different versions of this product and this brand by far tastes the nicest! I also have seen the difference in taking them consistently. During Nov 24 was the only time I became ill but that lasted only 3 days and was not that bad. I guarantee if I had kept taking these, I probably would've avoided that blip. Moral of the story, stay consistent with your vitamins and if a nice flavour is important for you, go for this one!

Dissolves very quickly and it tasted lovely. I will buy it again.

It was ok, tasted a bit sour, I expected it to be Berry flavour but was orange. It was fine.

I’ve been using these magnesium tablets for a while now, and they work great! The natural strawberry flavor is pleasant and not too sweet. They dissolve quickly in water, making it easy to take.

One should take this to find out the benefits.I have always been very happy with everything I have ordered and I always read other people's reviews.

Every. Day. First bought this in Ireland. I don't know why it works so much better than the OTC stuff I get in the States.. but it does. Love it. Part of my daily supplement routine. Haven't (knock wood) been sick all winter even though everyone seems to have the plague. I take two when I've had a bit too much wine the night before and ...what a dif! Goodbye foggy head!

I have never liked effervescents because they are all too sour & too strong for me. But the Natures Aid is something else! It’s mild flavoured & perfect for me. It’s a shame though coz it’s been out of stock after my first purchase.
