Beautiful design the wood components are well constructed but ours arrived without hardware to assemble. the people at stokke do not have customer service and ignore emails. My wife waited on the phone for over 3-hours once on hold. It was useless to get their help and after weeks of effort we gave up and returned the crib. Great product, in theory, but bad management.

We love the sleek, compact design of this crib—perfect for our one-bedroom setup. Assembly was straightforward, and everything we needed was included. We also received the extension kit and larger mattress as a separate gift, which we knew wasn’t part of this bundle, so no surprises there. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to sizing. While it’s marketed for infants, our baby is 2.5 months old and already close to outgrowing it. I can’t imagine it lasting until 6 months. We also had to purchase a mesh liner to prevent his arms from slipping through the rails, which has helped a lot—something to keep in mind for other parents considering this crib.

My sister needed me to return it because her dog could paw through the crib and touch the baby, it was a bad oversight and we had to get a different crib immediately. But that’s not the worst part. I’ve been begging Amazon for my return for two weeks and the seller is just MIA. It’s not right. They received the product back on april 28th. Very poor business.
