It's a double socket front plate that you screw to the wall box after wiring it up. And then you plug stuff in. Easy peasy.

Good sturdy double socket as described and ordered. Fittings packet had 3 white screw covers, but only 1 screw. Fortunately I have spares otherwise wouldn't be able to fit it.
